Keep the properties you care about, and line up your finalists side by side to see which one wins.
Who this is for: everyone — saving is free on every plan; side-by-side comparison is a Professional-tier feature. Where: the star on any property card or report; finalists in the Compare view (/compare). Time: ~1 min.
Saving a property
- On any property card or report, click the star / Save.
- Optionally add notes and tags.
- Saved properties appear under the Property tab (
/reports) and on your
Dashboard.
To remove, click the star again (unsave). Agents/lenders/brokers can assign a saved property to a client — see Clients & deals.
Saving is durable and tied to your account, so saved homes follow you across devices. They remain accessible even on the free tier after a downgrade.
Comparing properties (up to 3)
Side-by-side comparison is a Professional-tier feature — on a lower plan the Compare button prompts an upgrade.
- Toggle Compare on up to three properties (from search results or cards).
- Open the Compare view (
/compare). - See risk, cost to insure, carriers, insurability, and valuation lined up
column-by-column so differences pop.
The compare selection is remembered as you browse (it's stored locally, capped at 3). If you try to add a fourth, remove one first.
Tip: the AI Advisor can suggest which properties to compare from your saved set — just ask it.
Troubleshooting
- Compare is locked / prompts an upgrade → side-by-side comparison is a
Professional-tier feature; see Billing & plans.
- Can't add a 4th property to compare → the limit is 3; deselect one.
- A saved property disappeared → check you're signed into the same account; saves are
per-user. See Account & login.
- Compare selection reset → the selection is device-local; it can clear if you switch
devices or clear site data.
